1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AutoSwitch ("Platform"), operated by Autoverse AI ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use AutoSwitch. By creating an account you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Platform Usage

4.1 For Candidates

As a candidate you may create a profile, upload your resume, search and apply for job openings, and use AI-powered tools to enhance your applications. You agree that the information you provide is truthful and accurate.

4.2 For Dealerships

As a dealership user (HR, Admin, or Interviewer) you may post job openings, review candidate applications, manage recruitment workflows, and use AI-assisted tools for screening and interviewing. You agree to use the Platform in compliance with all applicable employment and labour laws.

5. AI-Powered Features

AutoSwitch uses artificial intelligence to provide features such as resume parsing, job description generation, candidate-job matching, screening question generation, and interview kit preparation. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content is provided as suggestions and should be reviewed by users before being finalised. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated outputs.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of AutoSwitch—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, AI models, and algorithms—are owned by Autoverse AI or its licensors and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform (e.g., resumes, job descriptions, feedback). By submitting content, you grant Autoverse AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, process, store, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of AutoSwitch is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Platform you consent to the practices described therein.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure or security features.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data without our permission.
• Harass, discriminate against, or harm other users.
• Use AI-generated content in a manner that is deceptive or harmful.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct detrimental to the Platform or its users. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Autoverse AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Autoverse AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

14. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
