Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds work on AutoSwitch ("Platform"), operated by Autoverse AI ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). It forms part of, and should be read alongside, our Terms of Service. By purchasing a paid plan on AutoSwitch you agree to this policy.
2. Subscription Plans
Paid plans on AutoSwitch are offered only on an annual (yearly) subscription basis. The full subscription fee is payable upfront at the time of purchase and grants access to the included features for the complete twelve (12) month subscription term.
Applicable taxes, payment-gateway charges, and any other statutory levies are additional and are charged as per the prevailing laws of India.
3. No Mid-Term Cancellation
Once an annual subscription has started, it cannot be cancelled partway through the subscription term. The plan will remain active until the end of the full twelve (12) month term, and no pro-rated or partial cancellation is available at any point during the term.
This applies regardless of whether you actively use the Platform during the term. We recommend evaluating the plan and its inclusions carefully before subscribing.
4. No Refunds
All subscription fees paid to AutoSwitch are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or credits for:
- Unused days or remaining time in an active annual subscription term.
- Features that were available but not used.
- Accidental purchases, duplicate subscriptions purchased knowingly, or change of mind after subscribing.
- Account termination or suspension resulting from a breach of our Terms of Service.
5. End of Subscription Term
AutoSwitch does not operate on auto-renewal and does not store any auto-payment instrument on your behalf. At the end of your twelve (12) month term:
- Your subscription will automatically lapse — you will not be charged again.
- Access to paid features will end once the term concludes.
- To continue using paid features, you must actively purchase a new annual subscription through your account or by contacting our team.
6. Free Trials
Where a free trial is offered, access is limited to the trial duration and ends automatically when the trial period concludes. You will not be charged at the end of the trial, and the trial will not convert into a paid subscription on its own. To continue using paid features after the trial, you must actively purchase an annual subscription.
7. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges
In the rare event of a duplicate charge, an incorrect amount charged due to a technical error on our side, or a billing mistake attributable to us, please write to us within 7 days of the charge via our Contact Us page with your account details and payment reference. After verification, we will refund the erroneous portion to the original payment method. Such refunds typically reflect within 7–14 working days, subject to your bank or payment provider.
8. Plan Upgrades
You may upgrade to a higher-tier annual plan during an active subscription term. The upgrade takes effect immediately, and you will be charged a pro-rated amount for the remainder of the current term based on the difference between the two plans.
Downgrades to a lower-tier plan are not supported during an active subscription term. You may choose a different plan at the time of your next annual purchase.
9. Account Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your subscription at our discretion if we believe you have violated our Terms of Service or engaged in conduct detrimental to the Platform or other users. In such cases, no refund will be issued for the remaining portion of the annual subscription term.
10. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via email or an in-app notification. Your continued use of paid features after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
