Sales Consultant

This role involves driving vehicle sales by providing exceptional product demonstrations and personalized consultation to prospective buyers. It focuses on managing the end-to-end customer journey from initial enquiry to final delivery while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage walk-in customers and digital leads to achieve monthly sales volume and value targets.
• Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and organized test drives according to OEM standards.
• Explain financing options, insurance products, and value-added services to provide a comprehensive purchase solution.
• Maintain accurate and timely data entry in the Dealer Management System (DMS) and CRM modules.
• Coordinate with the stockyard and PDI team to ensure timely vehicle preparation and delivery.
• Facilitate the documentation process for vehicle registration, financing, and insurance.
• Perform proactive follow-ups with prospective leads and maintain post-delivery relationships for referrals.
• Participate in outdoor promotional activities, corporate displays, and local marketing events.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably within the automotive or high-value retail sector.
• A valid four-wheeler driving license is mandatory for conducting test drives.
• Fluency in the local regional language and a working knowledge of English.
• Proficiency in using smartphone-based CRM applications and basic computer operations.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle customer objections effectively.
• Excellent personal grooming and professional etiquette suitable for a showroom environment.

Preferred

• Prior experience working with a reputed Automotive OEM dealership.
• Knowledge of retail finance and insurance processes in the Indian market.
• Existing network of corporate clients or local influencers.

Work Environment

Standard 6-day work week in a high-energy showroom environment with occasional field visits for corporate demos or events.

Growth Opportunities
