Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to vehicle delivery for prospective car buyers.
Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives, highlighting key features, safety ratings, and technology.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline using Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and CRM tools for timely follow-ups.
Coordinate with the Finance and Insurance (F&I) department to provide seamless loan processing and insurance solutions to customers.
Execute high-quality vehicle delivery ceremonies to ensure a memorable and positive customer handover experience.
Analyze local market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products during customer interactions.
Collaborate with the after-sales team to ensure a smooth transition for the customer's first service appointment.
Achieve monthly retail targets while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and showroom decorum.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in automotive sales or high-end retail sectors.
Must possess a valid four-wheeler driving license and be confident in driving for test-drive purposes.
Fluency in the local language and English is essential for effective communication.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs in a target-driven environment.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with CRM or DMS software.
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on luxury customer service standards.
Prior experience working with any automobile dealership.
Familiarity with automotive financing processes and insurance documentation.
