This role focuses on spearheading digital sales initiatives by managing online lead generation and conversion processes. It involves leading a team of executives to ensure seamless customer engagement across various digital platforms while optimizing the dealership's online presence to drive showroom footfall and sales volume.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the digital sales team to ensure 100% coverage and prompt response to inquiries from the website, social media, and third-party portals like CarWale or Bikewale.
- Oversee the end-to-end lead management process within the Dealer Management System (DMS) and ensure timely status updates.
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators including Lead-to-Test Drive and Lead-to-Booking conversion ratios.
- Conduct daily morning huddles and evening reviews with Digital Relationship Executives to track follow-ups and pipeline health.
- Coordinate with the OEM marketing team and external agencies to execute localized digital campaigns and social media activities.
- Analyze digital campaign performance and generate detailed MIS reports on ROI, lead quality, and team productivity.
- Ensure high standards of telephonic and digital etiquette are maintained by the team during customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the floor sales team to ensure a smooth transition of digital leads to physical showroom visits.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital lead management or sales within the Indian automotive industry.
- Proven track record of managing and motivating a sales or tele-calling team.
- Hands-on experience with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and CRM software.
- Strong understanding of the Indian digital landscape, including social media platforms and lead aggregators.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the local regional language.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends to improve sales outcomes.
Preferred
- Prior experience working with a premium or luxury automotive brand.
- Certification in Digital Marketing or Google Analytics.
- In-depth knowledge of local automotive market competitors and pricing strategies.
