Job Location: Gurgaon (HR26 Studio)
Lead daily workshop operations to ensure optimal vehicle service delivery and customer satisfaction. You will oversee technical staff, manage resource allocation, and maintain strict compliance with OEM service standards and quality benchmarks.
Manage end-to-end workshop floor operations including service scheduling, bay utilization, and technician productivity tracking.
Ensure 100% compliance with OEM service protocols, warranty claim processes, and safety guidelines.
Monitor and maintain high First-Time-Right (FTR) scores to ensure service quality and reduce repeat visits.
Lead, mentor, and train a team of technicians and service advisors to improve technical competency and customer handling.
Coordinate with the spare parts department to ensure inventory availability and minimize vehicle turnaround time.
Conduct daily shop floor audits to ensure a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
Resolve high-level customer grievances related to vehicle repairs and service quality.
Track and report key performance indicators such as workshop absorption, labor revenue, and customer satisfaction index (CSI).
Proven experience in managing automotive workshop operations at an authorized dealership.
In-depth knowledge of Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and service scheduling tools.
Strong understanding of automotive mechanical systems, diagnostics, and modern vehicle technology.
Ability to lead a diverse team and foster a productive work culture.
Strong proficiency in local language and professional communication in English.
Prior experience with premium or high-volume automotive brands.
Proven track record in improving workshop profitability and labor efficiency.

This is a full-time, on-site role based at the dealership workshop. The position requires a 6-day work week with standard dealership operating hours, involving active floor presence and coordination with the service team.
