Act as the primary point of contact for potential customers by initiating outbound calls to generate leads and schedule showroom visits. This role focuses on enhancing the dealership's sales pipeline through effective communication and consistent follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective leads generated through marketing campaigns and digital inquiries.
- Schedule test drives and showroom appointments for the sales team while ensuring high conversion rates.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of customer interactions and status updates in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Follow up with existing customers for service reminders, insurance renewals, and promotional offers.
- Address initial customer queries regarding vehicle features, pricing, and ongoing schemes professionally.
- Collaborate with the sales and service departments to ensure a seamless customer handover process.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets while maintaining high standards of call quality.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and Hindi
- Basic proficiency in English for system entries and reporting
- Ability to handle repetitive calling tasks with a positive and persuasive attitude
- Basic knowledge of computer applications like MS Excel and Word
- Strong interpersonal skills and patience while handling customer objections

- Familiarity with automotive brands and general vehicle terminology
- Prior experience in a customer-facing or tele-calling role during internships
- Residence within a commutable distance from the dealership location

Work Environment
This is a full-time, on-site role based at the dealership's front office, operating 6 days a week from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

Freshers start as Telecallers and can advance to Senior Telecaller, Customer Relationship Executive (CRE), or transition into direct Sales Consultant roles based on performance.
