Technicians

Join our dynamic workshop team to maintain and repair high-quality vehicles while ensuring optimal safety and performance standards. You will play a critical role in providing excellent service to our customers by executing precise technical tasks and adhering to manufacturer-recommended maintenance procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and scanners

• Execute repairs as per the job card instructions and OEM guidelines

• Maintain workshop tools and equipment in clean and working condition

• Ensure all technical documentation and inspection reports are updated accurately in the Dealer Management System (DMS)

• Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including the usage of PPE while handling hazardous materials

• Collaborate with senior technicians to learn advanced repair techniques and vehicle technologies

Requirements

• ITI or Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering

• Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, on-site workshop environment

• Basic understanding of vehicle mechanical systems

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and service diagrams

• Commitment to 6-day work week and shift-based scheduling

Preferred

• Prior internship experience in a branded service center

• Basic knowledge of EV battery safety and handling

• Familiarity with digital diagnostic software

Qualifications

Education: ITI (Automobile/Mechanical/Electrician) or Diploma in Automobile Engineering

Experience: 0-1 years (Freshers are encouraged to apply)

Certifications: ITI Trade Certificate, Valid Driving License

Work Environment

On-site, professional workshop setting. 6 days a week, 9 AM to 6 PM shift. Probation period of 6 months applicable.
