Job Description

Join our dynamic service team to perform high-quality maintenance and repair work on vehicles. You will be responsible for ensuring vehicle safety and performance standards are met while delivering an exceptional service experience to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using specialized diagnostic tools.
  • Execute repairs as per the manufacturer's technical manuals and standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure all work is completed within the stipulated time frame to maintain workshop productivity.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation following 5S and safety protocols.
  • Document all work performed accurately within the Dealer Management System (DMS).
  • Participate in ongoing technical training programs provided by the OEM.

Requirements

  • ITI or Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Strong understanding of automotive systems including engine, transmission, and suspension.
  • Ability to interpret technical manuals and wiring diagrams.
  • Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license.
  • Commitment to workshop safety standards and high-voltage safety (if applicable).
  • Willingness to work in a 6-day work week environment.

Preferred

  • Previous internship experience at an authorized dealership.
  • Basic proficiency in using computer-based diagnostic scanners.
  • Knowledge of local language and basic English.

Skills

Technical

Engine Diagnostics, Brake and Suspension Repair, Electrical Circuit Troubleshooting, DMS Operation, Use of Precision Measuring Tools

Soft Skills

Attention to Detail, Time Management, Ability to work in a team, Integrity and Reliability

Qualifications

Education: ITI (Fitter/Mechanic/Electrician) or Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 0-1 years (Freshers encouraged to apply)

Certifications: ITI/Diploma certificate, Valid Driving License

Work Environment

On-site workshop environment with standard shift timings (9 AM - 6 PM). Physical labor, including lifting and standing for extended periods, is required.

Growth Opportunities

We offer structured career progression from Technician to Senior Technician, followed by opportunities to become a Team Leader or Technical Trainer through our internal certification programs.
