Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, brake inspections, and fluid checks according to OEM guidelines.
Conduct accurate diagnostic tests using advanced tools to identify electrical and mechanical faults.
Execute engine, transmission, and suspension repairs with high precision and attention to detail.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with workshop safety and environmental standards.
Document all service actions in the Dealer Management System (DMS) for accurate record-keeping.
Collaborate with the Service Advisor to provide clear updates on repair status and estimated completion times.
Stay updated on the latest vehicle technology and repair techniques through mandatory brand-specific training modules.
ITI or Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
Hands-on experience in automotive repair and maintenance.
Proficiency in using specialized diagnostic tools and equipment.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and wiring diagrams.
Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license.
Strong work ethic and ability to work in a 6-day shift environment.
Prior experience with authorized dealership workshops.
Familiarity with EV battery maintenance and high-voltage safety protocols.
OEM-specific certification or training completion.
