Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-precision diagnostics and repairs on luxury automotive systems using advanced OEM diagnostic tools.
- Execute routine maintenance, engine overhauls, and electrical troubleshooting in accordance with luxury brand service manuals.
- Ensure 100% compliance with OEM safety protocols and quality control standards during every service intervention.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all vehicle repairs and services within the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Collaborate with Service Advisors to explain complex technical issues to customers in an understandable manner.
- Proactively identify potential vehicle health issues to upsell preventative maintenance solutions.
- Participate in regular technical training sessions to stay updated with the latest luxury vehicle technology and updates.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years of hands-on experience in an authorized luxury car dealership workshop.
- Proven expertise in handling high-end vehicle diagnostics and sophisticated electronic systems.
- Ability to join immediately or within a maximum notice period of 15 days.
- Strong technical aptitude with a focus on precision and attention to detail.
- Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license.
- Willingness to work in a 6-day work week environment.
Preferred
- Prior certification or specialized training from a major luxury automotive OEM.
- Hands-on experience with hybrid or electric vehicle (EV) powertrains.
- Advanced proficiency in using manufacturer-specific diagnostic software.
