OB DESCRIPTION – TECHNICIAN

Position: Technician
Experience: 1 to 8 Years
Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Incentive: Monthly Performance-Based Incentive

Job Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles as per company and manufacturer standards.

• Perform regular servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs.

• Identify vehicle problems using diagnostic tools and equipment.

• Carry out engine, transmission, electrical, brake, suspension, and other repair work.

• Ensure all repair work is completed accurately and within the given time.

• Follow workshop safety procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of tools and equipment.

• Coordinate with Service Advisors and Workshop Supervisors regarding vehicle repairs.

• Conduct quality checks after completing repair work.

• Ensure customer vehicles are handled carefully and professionally.

• Achieve assigned productivity and quality targets.

Candidate Requirements

• ITI / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.

• 1–8 years of experience in automobile service/workshop operations.

• Experience in an automobile dealership or reputed workshop will be preferred.

• Good knowledge of vehicle mechanical and electrical systems.

• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems.

• Team player with a positive and disciplined approach.

Salary & Benefits
