Technician

Join our dynamic service team to perform high-quality maintenance and repair services on customer vehicles. This role is essential in ensuring vehicle safety and reliability while maintaining the highest standards of our brand's workshop operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine scheduled maintenance, including oil changes, filter replacements, and brake inspections.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools and OEM software.
• Execute engine and transmission repairs in accordance with manufacturer technical manuals.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to adhere to workshop safety and 5S standards.
• Complete electronic job cards and repair orders accurately within the Dealer Management System (DMS).
• Collaborate with Service Advisors to explain technical issues to customers when necessary.
• Participate in regular technical training sessions provided by the OEM to stay updated on new model releases.

Requirements

• ITI or Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in an authorized automotive workshop.
• Proficiency in using automotive diagnostic scanners and handheld tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical service manuals and wiring diagrams.
• Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license.
• Fluency in local language and basic English for technical documentation.

Preferred

• Prior experience with EV vehicle platforms and high-voltage safety training.
• Certification from a major automotive OEM.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex AC and electrical circuit issues.

Work Environment

Full-time, on-site role at a modern service facility. Standard 6-day work week with fixed shift timings (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM).
