Join a high-performance workshop team dedicated to maintaining and repairing vehicles according to stringent OEM standards. This role focuses on performing routine maintenance, assisting in complex mechanical repairs, and ensuring every vehicle meets safety and performance benchmarks before delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine vehicle servicing including oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid top-ups as per the maintenance schedule.
- Inspect and diagnose basic mechanical issues in engine, transmission, brake, and suspension systems.
- Assist senior technicians in major repairs and overhauling of engine and gearbox components.
- Maintain a clean and organized work bay, ensuring all tools and equipment are handled with care and stored correctly.
- Accurately record all work performed, parts used, and time taken on the digital or physical job cards.
- Operate workshop machinery such as wheel balancers, tire changers, and basic diagnostic scanners.
- Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations regarding the disposal of hazardous materials like used oil and batteries.
- Participate in OEM-mandated training sessions to stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
Requirements
- Successful completion of ITI in Motor Mechanic Vehicle (MMV) or Diesel Mechanic.
- Basic understanding of internal combustion engines and automotive electrical systems.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and stand for long durations.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and cleanliness.
- Basic literacy in English and proficiency in the local language.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
Preferred
- Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
- Previous experience as an apprentice in an authorized automotive service center.
- Familiarity with basic computerized diagnostic tools.

Work Environment
On-site authorized workshop with a standard 6-day work week. Standard shift timings are typically 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
