This role serves as the primary liaison between vehicle owners and the service ecosystem, delivering professional doorstep inspections and preliminary diagnostics. The focus is on building customer trust through transparent communication while ensuring seamless vehicle logistics and detailed technical handovers to the workshop team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct professional doorstep vehicle inspections and preliminary diagnostics for mechanical and electrical issues.
- Represent the brand as a professional ambassador, ensuring high standards of customer service and professional etiquette at the customer's location.
- Translate complex technical jargon into simple, understandable terms for customers to build trust and transparency regarding repairs.
- Safely transport customer vehicles (both two-wheelers and four-wheelers) from their residence to the designated service center.
- Provide detailed technical briefs to the workshop mechanics, acting as the 'voice of the customer' to ensure all reported issues are addressed.
- Maintain accurate digital records of vehicle condition and customer requirements using the BlueWheel mobile application.
- Ensure the security and safety of the vehicle throughout the logistics process from pickup to service center handover.
Requirements
- Valid Permanent Driving License (DL) for both LMV (Car) and Two-Wheelers is mandatory.
- Fluency in at least two of the following languages: Telugu, Hindi, or English.
- Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles confidently.
- Willingness to work in a field-based environment involving daily travel.
- Basic understanding of automotive components and how vehicles function.
- Possession of a smartphone and familiarity with using mobile apps for work documentation.

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the automotive or service sector.
- In-depth knowledge of local city routes and geography for efficient logistics.
- A genuine passion for automobiles and emerging vehicle technologies.

Qualifications

Experience: 0 to 1 year; Freshers with a strong interest in the automotive industry are encouraged to apply.
Certifications: Valid Indian Permanent Driving License (Class: MCWG and LMV)
Work Environment
Field-based on-site role requiring doorstep customer visits and transit between customer locations and service workshops. Standard 6-day work week.
