  • Act as a technical mentor by training dealership technicians and supervisors on new aggregates and refined diagnostic procedures.
  • Conduct periodic audits of dealer workshops to ensure strict compliance with OEM Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and proper tool utilization.
  • Perform root cause analysis on failed critical components and submit detailed Field Failure Reports (FFR) and Technical Information Reports (TIR) to the manufacturing plant.

Requirements

  • Diploma or B.E. in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in HCV service operations or technical support.
  • Proficiency in operating OEM diagnostic tools and laptop-based analysis software.
  • In-depth knowledge of BS6 electronic fuel injection and emission control systems.
  • Ability to travel extensively for field support and dealership audits.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English and relevant regional languages.
