Job Description

This role involves driving a high-performance sales team to achieve ambitious targets within a globally recognized automotive dealership. It focuses on maintaining consistent sales momentum, mentoring sales consultants, and ensuring the highest standards of customer engagement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of 5-6 Sales Consultants to achieve monthly retail and enquiry targets.

  • Conduct daily morning huddles to review previous day performance and set daily focus areas for the team.

  • Monitor and manage the end-to-end lead lifecycle in the CRM/DMS, ensuring zero leakage and timely follow-ups.

  • Assist team members in closing complex deals and handling high-value customer negotiations effectively.

  • Ensure 100% compliance with OEM standards regarding test drives, documentation, and delivery processes.

  • Analyze team performance data to identify gaps and implement corrective action plans for underperformers.

  • Collaborate with the finance and insurance departments to ensure seamless processing of customer files.

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction (CSI) by resolving grievances and ensuring a premium showroom experience.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in automotive sales with at least 1.5-2 year in a supervisory or senior capacity.

  • Proven track record of consistent target achievement in a high-pressure environment.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi language.

  • Valid four-wheeler driving license and proficiency in vehicle demonstration.

  • Thorough understanding of the Indian automotive market and competitor landscape.

  • Strong command over CRM software and Microsoft Excel for reporting.

Preferred

  • Prior experience working with a National Top Performer or Global Best Dealer award-winning showroom.

  • Experience in managing corporate sales or institutional tie-ups.

  • Certification in Sales Management or OEM-specific product training.
