Team Leader

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated leader to drive operational excellence and foster a culture of collaboration within our showroom environment. This role is pivotal in guiding frontline staff to exceed performance targets while maintaining a supportive and inclusive atmosphere for the entire team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of frontline staff to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service
• Monitor daily performance metrics and provide actionable feedback to drive individual and collective goal achievement
• Coordinate daily huddles and training sessions to ensure team alignment with company policies and brand standards
• Support the resolution of escalated customer queries, ensuring a positive brand experience and timely resolution
• Maintain high standards of floor management, ensuring showroom aesthetics and product displays meet OEM compliance
• Assist in the preparation of daily and weekly performance reports for senior management review
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages professional growth and cross-departmental collaboration

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity within the automotive or retail sector
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and Dealer Management Systems (DMS)
• Strong understanding of automotive sales processes and customer journey management
• Excellent communication skills in both the local language and English
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a commitment to a 6-day work week

Preferred

• Experience in managing high-volume automotive retail teams
• Knowledge of local regional market trends and competitor activity
• Proven track record in conflict resolution and team motivation

Qualifications

Education: Graduate in any stream; MBA or relevant management certification is an added advantage.

Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in team leadership roles.

Certifications: Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license, Relevant industry sales or service training certifications
