Customer Relationship Management: Build rapport with clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and providing personalized recommendations based on their specific needs.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed daily and monthly records of insurance sales, renewals, and pending cases. Prepare reports for management review to track performance and financial goals.
Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to industry regulations (such as IRDAI guidelines in India) and company policies to avoid policy rejections or legal issues
