Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of sales consultants to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual volume targets.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase market share and dealership profitability.
- Manage the end-to-end P&L of the sales department, ensuring optimal cost control and revenue growth.
- Maintain high standards of customer experience (CX) and brand compliance as per OEM guidelines.
- Monitor CRM data and sales pipeline to provide accurate monthly forecasts to the management team.
- Oversee inventory management, including vehicle stock allocation and ageing vehicle clearance.
- Conduct regular training sessions for the team on product knowledge, negotiation techniques, and professional grooming.
- Collaborate with marketing and finance departments to drive lead conversion and high-value customer financing.
Requirements
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the automotive industry.
- In-depth knowledge of dealership operations and DMS (Dealer Management System) software.
- Strong understanding of the local automotive market and competitive landscape.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse sales team.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel for data reporting and analysis.
- Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license.
Preferred
- Experience working with premium or luxury automotive brands.
- Established network within the regional automotive dealer community.
- Prior experience in handling OEM audits and compliance procedures.

Work Environment
This is a full-time, on-site role based at the dealership location. Work involves 6 days a week with rotational shifts, requiring high energy and presence on the showroom floor.
