Spare Parts Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee complete spare parts operations, including procurement, inventory planning, stock control and vendor coordination.

• Ensure optimum availability of parts to meet workshop and customer requirements.

• Monitor parts sales, inventory accuracy and stock discrepancies.

• Manage warranty parts and ensure compliance with company and manufacturer guidelines.

• Maintain optimum stock levels and control inventory costs.

• Lead and supervise the parts team to ensure efficient operations.

• Drive parts sales and support overall dealership profitability and customer satisfaction.

• Ensure adherence to Mahindra processes, standards and dealership guidelines.
