Job Purpose

We are looking for an experienced Parts Master with strong knowledge of automobile spare parts and after-sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing spare parts inventory, ensuring parts availability, coordinating procurement, and maintaining efficient parts operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day automobile spare parts operations and inventory.

• Ensure optimum stock levels and timely availability of required parts.

• Handle parts ordering, procurement, receiving, and dispatch.

• Monitor stock movement, inventory aging, shortages, and excess stock.

• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, workshops, and service teams.

• Maintain accurate parts records in DMS/ERP systems.

• Conduct regular stock audits and ensure proper reconciliation.

• Identify slow-moving and non-moving parts and take corrective action.

• Ensure proper storage, identification, and handling of spare parts.

• Support the service team by ensuring timely availability of parts.

• Prepare and maintain inventory and parts-related MIS reports.

• Follow company policies and processes related to spare parts management.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of automobile spare parts.

• Experience in spare parts inventory management.

• Good understanding of after-sales/service operations.

• Knowledge of parts ordering and procurement processes.

• Proficiency in DMS/ERP and MS Excel.

• Strong vendor and internal team coordination skills.

• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Eligibility

• 2–6 years of relevant experience in automobile spare parts.

• Candidates with experience in automobile dealerships, OEMs, workshops, or spare parts distribution will be preferred.

• Candidates willing to work at any location across Gujarat can apply.
