Lead, mentor, and conduct performance appraisals for a large team of Service Advisors, Technicians, and support staff.
Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution to maintain brand reputation and customer loyalty.
Analyze workshop P&L statements and implement cost-control measures to improve overall department profitability.
Coordinate with the Spare Parts and Inventory departments to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize vehicle downtime.
Organize and oversee technical training sessions for staff to keep them updated on new vehicle models and diagnostic tools.
Extensive experience in automotive service operations within an authorized dealership environment.
In-depth knowledge of Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and modern workshop management software.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding service revenue and productivity targets.
Strong understanding of automotive mechanical systems, electronics, and diagnostic procedures.
Excellent leadership and people management capabilities with experience handling large teams.
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with a 6-day work week schedule.
Prior experience working automotive brand.
Fluency in the local regional language along with professional English proficiency.
Advanced certification in OEM-specific service management or workshop operations.
