Lead the end-to-end operations of our authorized workshop to deliver superior customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire service lifecycle, ensuring adherence to OEM guidelines, and managing a high-performing technical team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily workshop operations, including floor management, job allocation, and workflow optimization.
- Ensure strict compliance with OEM service standards, safety protocols, and warranty guidelines.
- Manage and mentor a team of service advisors, technicians, and floor staff to improve productivity and quality of work.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction scores (CSI), repeat repair rates, and service absorption.
- Coordinate with the parts department to ensure inventory availability and minimize vehicle turnaround time (TAT).
- Resolve complex customer grievances and escalate technical issues to regional OEM representatives when necessary.
- Manage workshop P&L by monitoring service revenue, labor costs, and operational overheads.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing an authorized automobile workshop operations.
- In-depth knowledge of Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and service billing software.
- Strong understanding of automotive service processes, diagnostic tools, and technical documentation.
- Ability to handle high-pressure environments and meet monthly service revenue targets.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a technical workforce.
- Proficiency in local language and professional communication in English.
Preferred
- Prior experience working with a premium or high-volume automobile brand.
- Hands-on experience with EV service protocols and safety standards.
- Strong professional network with regional OEM service managers.

Qualifications

Certifications: OEM-specific Service Management Certification, Valid Driving License (Four-Wheeler)
Work Environment
On-site, 6 days a week, 9 AM to 6 PM. Requires presence on the workshop floor to ensure process compliance and quality control.
