Service Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall service workshop operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.

• Lead and supervise Service Advisors, Technicians and other workshop personnel.

• Monitor workshop productivity, vehicle turnaround time, bay utilization and service efficiency.

• Ensure achievement of service revenue, productivity and customer satisfaction targets.

• Monitor job card processes, repair quality, warranty claims and timely vehicle delivery.

• Ensure adherence to Mahindra service processes, technical standards, SOPs and manufacturer guidelines.

• Handle customer concerns and ensure timely resolution to maintain high customer satisfaction.

• Monitor workshop performance through relevant KPIs and take corrective actions wherever required.

• Coordinate with Parts and Sales teams to ensure smooth dealership operations.

• Drive customer retention, repeat service and overall workshop profitability.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and operational standards within the workshop.
