This role acts as the primary point of contact between the workshop and our customers, ensuring seamless communication and vehicle maintenance workflows. You will be responsible for managing customer expectations, coordinating repair schedules, and maintaining high satisfaction levels throughout the service journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers upon arrival, perform walk-around inspections, and document vehicle issues accurately in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Explain service requirements, provide repair estimates, and secure customer approval for additional work.
- Act as a liaison between customers and workshop technicians to provide regular status updates on vehicle repair progress.
- Coordinate with the parts department to ensure availability of components and timely vehicle delivery.
- Perform final quality checks post-service and explain the bill and service report to the customer during vehicle handover.
- Drive service revenue by identifying and upselling preventive maintenance packages and value-added services.
- Maintain workshop compliance with OEM service standards and warranty claim protocols.
- Resolve customer grievances promptly and maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in an authorized automotive dealership.
- Proficiency in using DMS (Dealer Management System) software for job card management.
- Strong understanding of automotive service processes, warranty procedures, and parts inventory.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and the local regional language.
- Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license.
- Willingness to work in a 6-day work week environment.
Preferred
- Prior experience with specific OEM brand training and certification.
- Knowledge of vehicle diagnostic tools and technical troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated history of achieving service revenue targets.

Work Environment
The role is strictly on-site at our authorized service facility, operating in a fast-paced environment with standard shift timings (9 AM to 6 PM).
