This role acts as the primary interface between customers and the technical workshop team, ensuring a seamless vehicle servicing experience. You will be responsible for managing customer expectations, coordinating repair schedules, and maintaining high standards of workshop throughput and service quality.
Dealer Management System (DMS) software, Automotive service estimation, Repair order management, Basic technical diagnostics, MS Office suite
Customer relationship management, Conflict resolution, Time management, Interpersonal communication, Persuasion and sales skills
Education: Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering or Graduate in any stream.
Experience: 3-5 years in an automotive service center.
Certifications: OEM Service Advisor Certification (preferred), Valid Driving License
This is a full-time, on-site role based in a busy workshop environment. Working hours are 6 days a week, typically 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with rotational weekly offs.
