Acts as the primary point of contact between the customer and the workshop, facilitating a seamless vehicle maintenance experience. Focuses on diagnosing customer concerns, providing accurate cost estimates, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through transparent communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough vehicle walk-around inspections and create detailed job cards in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Communicate repair requirements and cost estimates clearly to customers, obtaining necessary approvals before work commences.
- Collaborate with the workshop floor supervisor to track vehicle progress and ensure promised delivery times are met.
- Identify and recommend additional value-added services or necessary repairs to enhance vehicle safety and performance.
- Manage customer complaints effectively, providing timely resolutions and maintaining professional decorum.
- Ensure final vehicle inspections are completed and explain the invoice details to the customer during delivery.
- Perform post-service follow-up calls to gauge customer satisfaction and address any residual concerns.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in an authorized automotive dealership.
- Valid four-wheeler driving license is mandatory for vehicle movement and testing.
- Proficiency in local regional languages and basic English for documentation.
- Strong understanding of automotive mechanical systems and maintenance schedules.
- Hands-on experience working with Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
Preferred
- Previous experience with a Tier-1 OEM-authorized service center.
- Technical certification from an automotive manufacturer.
- Knowledge of insurance claim processes and cashless settlement procedures.

Work Environment
Fast-paced dealership workshop environment requiring 6 days a week on-site presence. Standard shift timings apply (typically 9 AM to 6 PM or 10 AM to 7 PM).
