Senior Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostic, maintenance, and repair tasks on vehicles according to OEM standards.
• Mentor junior technicians and apprentices by sharing technical knowledge and best practices.
• Maintain high levels of workshop productivity while ensuring accuracy and quality of work.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues.
• Document all service actions clearly in the Dealer Management System (DMS) for transparency.
• Ensure strict adherence to workshop safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work station.
• Conduct final quality checks on repaired vehicles to guarantee a 'right-first-time' service experience.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in an authorized automotive service center.
• In-depth knowledge of automotive systems including engine, transmission, suspension, and braking.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex vehicle faults using diagnostic equipment.
• Strong proficiency in local language and basic English for technical documentation.
• Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license.
• Commitment to working in an on-site, fast-paced workshop environment.

Preferred

• Experience with EV powertrain technology and high-voltage safety protocols.
• Prior experience working with premium or multi-brand automotive segments.
• Familiarity with digital service platforms and modern workshop management software.
