With consistent growth across our business verticals, we are looking for a skilled Senior HR Executive to strengthen our HR operations and support organizational success.
Position Overview
The Senior HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions, including payroll, statutory compliance, health insurance, recruitment, PF & ESIC compliance, gratuity, labour welfare fund (LWF), onboarding, administration, employee relations, and overall HR operations. The candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Consistently sourcing, screening, and recruiting excellent staff across departments.
Managing the complete hiring cycle — JD creation, interviews, selection, and offer roll-out.
Ensuring a smooth and structured onboarding process for all new joiners.
Coordinating background verification and documentation.
Payroll & Statutory Compliance
Handling end-to-end payroll processing with 100% accuracy.
Managing statutory compliances including PF, ESIC, Gratuity, LWF, and other labour-related requirements.
Ensuring timely filing, challans, and compliance reports.
Coordinating with government portals and regulatory bodies as required.
Employee Benefits & Insurance
Managing employee health insurance — additions, deletions, and coordination with insurance providers.
Handling employee claims and grievance resolution.
HR Operations & Administration
Developing, implementing, and communicating HR policies.
Handling administrative tasks and ensuring smooth office operations.
Maintaining accurate employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
Ensuring workplace privacy, confidentiality, and data protection.
Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution
Resolving employee concerns through professional and positive mediation.
Managing workplace investigations, disciplinary actions, and termination procedures.
Supporting employee engagement initiatives and grievance handling.
Compliance & Safety
Ensuring workplace health and safety compliance as per company and legal standards.
Coordinating audits by providing payroll, PF, ESIC, and statutory documentation.
Reporting & Communication
Preparing HR reports, dashboards, and compliance summaries for management.
Conducting training sessions and presentations related to HR policies and compliance.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent (MBA HR preferred).
8–12 years of experience in HR roles with strong knowledge of end-to-end HR operations.
Experience in payroll processing and statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, LWF, Gratuity).
Strong understanding of HR policies, processes, and labour laws.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees and management.
Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and workplace investigations.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
High level of confidentiality and integrity.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HRMS tools/software.
