Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of Sales Consultants to meet and exceed monthly vehicle delivery targets.
- Conduct daily morning huddles to align the team on walk-ins, test drives, and pending bookings.
- Monitor the Sales Funnel through the Dealer Management System (DMS) to ensure 100% lead follow-up.
- Step in to assist team members with difficult customer negotiations and final deal closures.
- Oversee the test drive process, ensuring vehicle availability and adherence to safety protocols.
- Coordinate with the stockyard and finance departments to ensure smooth vehicle allotment and invoicing.
- Track individual performance metrics and provide on-the-job training to bridge skill gaps.
- Ensure the showroom floor maintains the premium brand experience expected by our customers.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience specifically within the Indian automotive sales sector.
- Proven track record of meeting individual sales targets before moving into a leadership role.
- Strong command over the local language and English to interact with diverse customers.
- Valid four-wheeler driving license and comfort with conducting test drives.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software or OEM-specific Dealer Management Systems.
- Graduate degree in any stream (B.Com, BBA, B.A., or equivalent).
Preferred
- MBA in Sales or Marketing from a recognized institute.
- Experience working with a Tier-1 or Luxury automotive brand.
- Strong network of local financiers and insurance partners.
