Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to vehicle delivery and documentation.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and organized test drives for prospective customers.
- Handle customer inquiries via walk-ins, tele-calling, and digital leads to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with Finance and Insurance (F&I) teams to facilitate smooth loan processing and insurance issuance.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for new vehicles and value-added services like accessories and extended warranties.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the Dealer Management System (DMS) and provide daily performance reports to the Sales Manager.
- Ensure high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores through effective post-sales follow-ups and grievance redressal.
- Participate in outdoor marketing activities, corporate displays, and local sales melas to increase brand visibility.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive retail or high-value consumer sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales quotas consistently.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the local regional language.
- Must possess a valid four-wheeler driving license for conducting customer test drives.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools like Excel.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-centric mindset.
Preferred
- Prior experience working with a Tier-1 or Tier-2 automotive OEM dealership.
- In-depth knowledge of RTO registration processes and automotive insurance norms in India.
- Ability to handle corporate sales and institutional tie-ups.

Qualifications

Work Environment
Standard dealership operations, 6 days a week. The role involves a mix of showroom floor management and field visits for client meetings and test drives.
