This role focuses on driving high-value retail growth by leading a team of consultants to deliver an exceptional luxury showroom experience. It requires strategic oversight of the sales funnel, inventory management, and the cultivation of long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals to meet ambitious OEM-aligned targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Sales Consultants to achieve monthly retail and wholesale volume targets.
- Oversee the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the brand's premium positioning and service standards.
- Monitor and manage the sales pipeline through the Dealer Management System (DMS), ensuring high lead conversion ratios.
- Collaborate with the OEM regional office for stock allocation, marketing support, and compliance with brand guidelines.
- Develop and execute local marketing initiatives, including corporate displays and high-profile test drive events.
- Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to provide strategic inputs for tactical sales offers.
- Ensure 100% compliance with financial and insurance processes, including coordination with F&I teams for loan disbursements.
- Conduct daily HOD meetings and weekly performance reviews to identify training needs and process gaps.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Proven track record of managing premium or luxury product categories in the Indian market.
- Proficiency in using CRM and DMS software (e.g., Autoline, SAP, or MS Dynamics).
- In-depth knowledge of retail finance, insurance (IRDA) regulations, and vehicle registration processes.
- Excellent command over English and the local regional language for effective HNI client engagement.
- Must possess a valid four-wheeler driving license and a clean driving record.
Preferred
- Prior experience with German or luxury European automotive brands.
- Existing network and relationship database with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and corporate clients.
- Experience in handling high-value trade-ins and used-car business operations.

Work Environment
Standard 6-day work week in a premium, air-conditioned showroom environment. Requires occasional travel for corporate meetings and outdoor promotional events.
Growth Opportunities
Successful candidates can progress to General Manager (Sales) or Branch Head roles within the dealership group, or transition into Regional Sales Manager roles at the OEM level.
