Sales Manager – Two Wheeler Showroom
The Sales Manager is responsible for handling overall vehicle sales operations, achieving monthly targets, managing the sales team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and improving showroom performance. The role includes team supervision, enquiry conversion, finance coordination, customer follow-up, and daily sales reporting.
Achieve monthly and yearly vehicle sales targets
Manage and guide the sales consultant/team
Monitor daily enquiries, test rides, bookings, and deliveries
Ensure proper customer handling and follow-up process
Increase enquiry-to-retail conversion ratio
Coordinate with finance and insurance teams for faster approvals
Plan showroom promotional activities and local marketing campaigns
Maintain stock visibility and coordinate with inventory team
Ensure excellent customer experience at showroom
Monitor CRM activities and customer database updates
Handle escalations and resolve customer complaints professionally
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management
Conduct team training on product knowledge and sales process
Ensure showroom discipline, grooming, and process compliance
Strong communication and leadership skills
Good knowledge of automobile/two-wheeler sales process
Team handling and motivation ability

CRM and reporting knowledge
Negotiation and customer relationship management skills
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, DMS)
Graduate preferred
Experience in automobile/two-wheeler sales management preferred
