Key Responsibilities
- Assume full accountability for dealership sales targets, P&L management, and overall revenue growth.
- Develop and execute high-level sales strategies to enhance market penetration and brand visibility.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the entire sales force, fostering a culture of excellence and high productivity.
- Manage OEM relationships, ensuring strict compliance with brand guidelines and volume objectives.
- Oversee the entire customer life cycle from lead generation to final delivery, ensuring industry-leading CSAT scores.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust pricing and promotional tactics in real-time.
- Take complete ownership of dealership operations, resolving escalations independently to ensure seamless business continuity.
Requirements
- Proven track record of managing large-scale sales operations in the automotive sector.
- Deep understanding of the Indian automotive retail landscape and regional market dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to drive high-performance teams and achieve aggressive monthly/annual targets.
- Expertise in CRM software and sales pipeline management tools.
- Ability to thrive in an independent, high-pressure environment without the need for micro-management.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
Preferred
- Previous experience managing a high-volume dealership for a leading OEM.
- Strong existing network within the local automotive ecosystem.
- Certification in advanced sales management or leadership programs.

Work Environment
On-site, 6 days a week, full-time. The role requires being present at the dealership to oversee daily operations and lead the team directly on the floor.
