This role involves driving vehicle sales by engaging with walk-in customers and generating new leads through proactive outreach. The focus is on providing exceptional product demonstrations and ensuring a seamless purchase experience from initial inquiry to final vehicle delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage showroom walk-ins and provide detailed product feature explanations to prospective buyers.
- Conduct vehicle test drives while adhering to safety protocols and brand-specific demonstration standards.
- Generate new leads through cold calling, local area marketing activities, and digital inquiry management.
- Maintain accurate customer data and follow-up schedules within the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Facilitate the booking process, including collecting documentation for finance, insurance, and RTO registration.
- Coordinate with the stockyard and workshop teams to ensure timely and error-free vehicle delivery.
- Ensure high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores through professional relationship management and post-sales follow-ups.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th pass or Graduate degree in any stream.
- Valid four-wheeler driving license (mandatory for conducting test drives).
- Fluency in the local regional language and functional English communication skills.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, target-driven retail environment.
- Professional grooming and a customer-centric attitude.
- Willingness to work 6 days a week, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred
- Basic understanding of automotive technology and local market trends.
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or digital lead management platforms.
