Key Responsibilities
- Manage showroom walk-ins and digital leads to convert enquiries into vehicle bookings
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and doorstep test drives for prospective buyers
- Explain vehicle features, technical specifications, and maintenance requirements to customers
- Coordinate with the Finance and Insurance departments to facilitate loan processing and policy issuance
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and follow-ups in the Dealer Management System (DMS)
- Oversee the vehicle delivery process, ensuring all documentation is complete and the customer experience is seamless
- Execute field activities and local marketing events to generate new leads and increase brand visibility
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage referrals and repeat business
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in automotive sales or high-value retail sales
- Valid permanent four-wheeler driving license is mandatory
- Fluency in the local regional language and functional English
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets
- Strong knowledge of local geography for field visits and home test drives
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a 6-day work week
Preferred
- Prior experience working with an authorized OEM dealership
- Familiarity with CRM software or Dealer Management Systems (DMS)
