This role focuses on driving vehicle sales by engaging with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and showcasing the value of our automotive products. It involves managing the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to final delivery while ensuring a premium customer experience at the dealership.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet walk-in customers and provide detailed product demonstrations and feature explanations of various vehicle models.
- Conduct field visits and cold calling to generate new leads and expand the potential customer database.
- Schedule and facilitate vehicle test drives while ensuring all safety protocols and documentation are followed.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process including booking, documentation, and coordination with the finance and insurance departments.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective leads through CRM tools to ensure high conversion rates.
- Assist customers in selecting accessories, extended warranties, and value-added services during the purchase process.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the dealership management.
- Ensure the showroom floor and display vehicles are maintained according to OEM brand standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any stream from a recognized board/university.
- Valid two-wheeler and four-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
- Fluency in the local regional language and functional knowledge of English.
- Willingness to travel locally for field sales and customer home visits.
- Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and ability to handle sales pressure in a target-driven environment.
Preferred
- Basic knowledge of the Indian automotive market and current vehicle trends.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or direct sales is an advantage.
- Familiarity with digital lead management tools or Dealer Management Systems (DMS).

Work Environment
Standard dealership showroom hours (usually 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM), 6 days a week. Includes both indoor showroom duties and outdoor field activities.
