This role focuses on driving vehicle sales by providing exceptional customer service and managing the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to final delivery. The successful candidate will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring high conversion rates and maintaining strong customer relationships in a competitive dealership environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage walk-in customers and online leads to achieve monthly sales volume and value targets.
- Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives to showcase product features and performance.
- Handle the end-to-end sales process, including documentation, booking, and coordinating vehicle delivery with the stockyard.
- Cross-sell value-added services such as extended warranties, accessories, and insurance products.
- Coordinate with the Finance and Insurance (F&I) team to facilitate customer loan approvals and documentation.
- Update and maintain accurate customer data and follow-up logs in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Participate in outdoor marketing activities, corporate displays, and local events to generate new prospects.
- Ensure post-delivery follow-ups to maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of proven experience in automotive sales within an authorized dealership.
- Valid four-wheeler driving license with a clean driving record.
- Fluency in the local regional language and professional proficiency in English.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of current automotive market trends and competitor models.
Preferred
- Experience working with premium or luxury car brands.
- Existing network of corporate clients or local influencers.
- Proficiency in using OEM-specific CRM or DMS platforms.
- Basic understanding of RTO regulations and insurance processes.

Work Environment
On-site at an authorized showroom facility with a 6-day work week. Standard shift timings apply, typically 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, including weekends.
Growth Opportunities
High-performing executives are eligible for promotion to Senior Sales Consultant or Team Leader roles within 18-24 months, with further paths into Sales Management or Corporate Sales.
