Sales Executive

Join our dynamic dealership team to drive vehicle sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role focuses on engaging potential buyers, conducting product demonstrations, and guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with walk-in customers and digital leads to understand their automotive requirements.

• Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives to highlight key features and benefits.

• Maintain an updated database of leads and follow up consistently to ensure high conversion rates.

• Assist customers with financial documentation, insurance options, and vehicle delivery processes.

• Collaborate with the documentation and finance team to ensure smooth processing of sales files.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for vehicles, accessories, and insurance products.

• Maintain the showroom floor appearance and ensure all display vehicles are in top condition.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and the local regional language.

• Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license is mandatory.

• Strong passion for the automotive industry and customer-centric mindset.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a 6-day work week schedule.

• Basic proficiency in computer usage and mobile applications.

Preferred

• Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or direct sales roles.

• Understanding of automotive financing and insurance industry norms.

• Proactive attitude toward learning new product specifications and technical updates.

Qualifications

Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate in any stream.

Certifications: Valid Indian Driving License

Work Environment

On-site at our dealership showroom. Standard operating hours are 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, 6 days a week with rotational weekly offs.
