Key Responsibilities
- Manage showroom walk-ins and execute professional product demonstrations and test rides for two-wheelers.
- Conduct field visits and outdoor marketing activities to generate new leads and expand the customer database.
- Achieve monthly sales targets for vehicles, genuine accessories, and value-added services.
- Handle the end-to-end sales process including documentation, financing coordination, and vehicle delivery.
- Maintain meticulous records in the Dealer Management System (DMS) for lead tracking and follow-ups.
- Collect and report market intelligence regarding competitor activities and local market trends.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in automotive retail sales, preferably in the two-wheeler segment.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory for conducting test rides.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales KPIs.
- Fluency in the local language and a working knowledge of English.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle customer objections effectively.
Preferred
- Existing knowledge of vehicle insurance and retail finance processes.
- Prior experience working with an authorized OEM dealership.
- Familiarity with digital lead management tools and social media marketing.
