This role involves driving vehicle retail volumes by engaging with prospective customers and managing the entire sales funnel from inquiry to delivery. The focus is on providing high-quality product demonstrations and ensuring a seamless buying experience that aligns with OEM standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage showroom walk-ins and handle digital leads to convert potential prospects into customers.
- Conduct comprehensive vehicle demonstrations and facilitate test drives while highlighting key features and safety aspects.
- Maintain and update the Dealer Management System (DMS) daily to ensure accurate lead tracking and pipeline management.
- Coordinate with the Finance and Insurance (F&I) department to assist customers with loan documentation and insurance policies.
- Achieve monthly retail sales targets, accessory sales goals, and value-added service objectives.
- Perform outdoor sales activities, including corporate presentations and local area leafleting to generate new leads.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and oversee the pre-delivery inspection (PDI) process before vehicle handover.
- Follow up with customers post-delivery to gather feedback and encourage referral-based sales.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in front-end sales, preferably in the automotive or retail sector.
- Possession of a valid four-wheeler driving license is mandatory for conducting test drives.
- Fluency in the local regional language and a working knowledge of English.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to handle diverse customer profiles.
- Willingness to work on weekends and follow a standard 6-day work week schedule.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
Preferred
- Prior experience working in an authorized OEM dealership environment.
- In-depth knowledge of local automotive market trends and competitor models.
- Certification in sales process management or customer relationship management.

Professional on-site showroom environment with standard 9 AM to 7 PM shift timings and 6-day work weeks.
