Job Description

This role is designed for high-energy professionals passionate about driving automotive sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will act as a brand ambassador, guiding clients through the vehicle selection process and building lasting relationships within the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective customers in the showroom to understand their vehicle requirements and budget.
  • Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives to highlight key features and benefits.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial inquiry and lead follow-up to vehicle delivery.
  • Collaborate with the finance and insurance team to offer suitable value-added services and financing options.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and update customer interactions daily in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for vehicles, accessories, and insurance products.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the buying process to drive referrals and repeat business.

Requirements

  • Minimum 12th pass or Graduate degree in any stream.
  • Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and the local regional language.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet shift-based targets.
  • Basic proficiency in computer usage and mobile applications.

Preferred

  • Prior experience in automotive sales or retail sectors.
  • Knowledge of local market demographics and competitor products.
  • Experience using CRM software or dealership management tools.

Skills

Technical

Automotive product knowledge, DMS operation, Lead management, Sales presentation techniques

Negotiation and persuasion, Active listening, Time management, Adaptability, Professional grooming

Qualifications

Education: 12th Pass or Graduate

Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers are encouraged to apply)

Certifications: Valid Driving License, Dealer-specific Sales Certification (provided post-joining)

Work Environment
