Responsible for driving vehicle sales by engaging with walk-in customers and managing the end-to-end retail journey from inquiry to delivery. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction through professional product demonstrations and consultation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage showroom walk-ins and digital leads to convert prospects into customers.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and facilitate vehicle test drives for potential buyers.
- Assist customers with finance and insurance documentation in coordination with the F&I department.
- Execute the vehicle delivery process, ensuring a memorable experience for the customer.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Achieve monthly sales targets for vehicle units, accessories, and value-added services.
- Participate in outdoor marketing activities, roadshows, and corporate displays to generate new leads.
- Coordinate with the workshop and stockyard team for Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) and timely vehicle readiness.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably within the automotive sector.
- Valid permanent driving license for both two-wheelers and four-wheelers.
- Fluency in the local language and a working knowledge of English.
- Willingness to work 6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays as per roster.
- Professional appearance and a customer-centric approach to sales.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly volume targets.
Preferred
- Prior experience working with a reputed Automobile OEM dealership (Maruti, Hyundai, Tata, etc.).
- Basic understanding of car finance, insurance products, and RTO processes.
- Knowledge of digital marketing leads and CRM software handling.

Certifications: Valid Four-Wheeler Driving License (Mandatory), OEM Sales Certification (Preferred)
