This role involves driving vehicle sales through proactive lead generation and managing the complete customer journey within the showroom. It focuses on delivering high-quality product demonstrations and ensuring a seamless transition from inquiry to vehicle delivery while maintaining brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and organized test drives for prospective customers.
- Generate new leads through cold calling, corporate visits, and local area marketing (LAM) activities.
- Maintain accurate and timely data entry in the Dealer Management System (DMS) for all customer interactions.
- Facilitate the vehicle booking process, including coordinating documentation for finance and insurance.
- Liaise with the stockyard and Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) teams to ensure timely vehicle handover.
- Achieve monthly sales targets for vehicles, accessories, and value-added services (VAS).
- Collect and report market intelligence regarding competitor activities and local market trends.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to secure positive CSI scores and referrals.
Requirements
- Valid four-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
- Proficiency in the local language and functional English.
- Basic knowledge of automotive features and technical specifications.
- Proven track record in retail sales or customer-facing roles.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a 6-day work week.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Preferred
- Experience working in an authorized OEM dealership.
- Familiarity with CRM software or specific Dealer Management Systems.
- Knowledge of vehicle financing, RTO processes, and insurance products.

Qualifications
Education: Graduate in any stream (B.A., B.Com, B.Sc, BBA/BBM)

Certifications: OEM Product Training Certification (Preferred), IRDA Certification (Optional)
