Position: Rural Sales Executive / Salesman

Company: PC Traders – Mahindra Tractor & Last Mile Mobility Dealership
Location: Rural & Field Areas

About the Role

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented candidates for Rural Sales & Activity operations. The candidate will be responsible for increasing tractor and three-wheeler sales through village visits, farmer meetings, lead generation activities, market promotion, and customer relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Conduct daily village and market visits for lead generation

• Promote Mahindra Tractors & Three Wheeler products in rural areas

• Generate retail enquiries and convert them into sales

• Arrange customer meetings, demos, and test drives

• Maintain relationships with farmers, transport owners, and local influencers

• Participate in rural marketing campaigns and field activities

Activity & Promotion

• Organize village activities, road shows, chaupal meetings, and customer camps

• Distribute pamphlets and promotional materials in target areas

• Coordinate with finance and insurance teams for customer support

• Collect market intelligence and competitor information

Reporting

• Maintain daily activity and enquiry reports

• Update sales pipeline and customer follow-ups regularly

• Achieve monthly sales and activity targets assigned by management

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: 10th / 12th / Graduate

• Experience in rural sales or field marketing preferred

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Must be comfortable with field work and village travel

• Basic smartphone handling knowledge required

• Candidate having bike & valid driving license preferred
