Key Responsibilities
- Manage walk-in customers and provide detailed product demonstrations and test drives.
- Generate new leads through cold calling, field activities, and digital inquiry follow-ups.
- Explain technical specifications, features, and value propositions of various vehicle models.
- Coordinate with the Finance and Insurance (F&I) team to assist customers with loan processing and documentation.
- Maintain and update the Dealer Management System (DMS) with accurate lead and customer interaction data.
- Handle customer objections effectively and negotiate terms to close sales in line with monthly targets.
- Organize and lead vehicle delivery ceremonies to ensure a high-quality customer handover experience.
- Participate in outdoor promotional events, roadshows, and corporate displays to increase brand visibility.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the automotive or consumer durable industry.
- Valid permanent two-wheeler driving license is essential.
- Fluency in the local regional language and functional proficiency in English.
- Ability to work a standard 6-day work week including weekends and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
Preferred
- Prior experience working with an authorized OEM dealership network.
- A valid four-wheeler driving license.
- Basic understanding of automotive insurance (IRDA) and retail finance processes.
