This role involves driving revenue growth by engaging with potential car buyers and guiding them through the entire vehicle purchase journey. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct active lead generation through field visits, cold calling, and digital inquiries to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Perform professional vehicle demonstrations and accompany customers on test drives to highlight key features and USPs.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including price negotiations, financing options, and insurance coordination.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of all customer interactions and lead statuses in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Coordinate with the stockyard and PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) team to ensure timely and error-free vehicle delivery.
- Follow up with existing customers for post-sales feedback, referrals, and service reminders to build brand loyalty.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for vehicles, accessories, and extended warranties.
- Participate in outdoor promotional activities, corporate displays, and mall activations to increase brand visibility.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in automotive or retail sales.
- Must possess a valid four-wheeler driving license and be confident in driving various vehicle models.
- Fluency in the local regional language and a working knowledge of English.
- Availability to work on weekends and public holidays as per showroom rosters.
- Strong understanding of the local automotive market and competitor offerings.
- Excellent personal grooming and professional etiquette standards.
Preferred
- Previous experience working with a reputed Automobile OEM dealership.
- In-depth knowledge of vehicle financing, RTO processes, and insurance documentation.
- Familiarity with CRM software or specialized automotive DMS platforms.

Work Environment
Standard 6-day work week in a professional showroom setting. Requires frequent local travel for customer visits and test drives. Standard shift timings apply (typically 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM).
