This role involves acting as the primary point of contact for prospective vehicle buyers, guiding them through the entire purchase journey from initial inquiry to final delivery. The focus is on driving revenue through proactive lead generation, relationship building, and delivering exceptional customer service within the competitive automotive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new sales leads through digital platforms, cold calling, and local networking.
- Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and explain technical vehicle features to potential customers.
- Coordinate and manage test drive schedules ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and sales pipelines within the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Assist customers with financial documentation, insurance options, and vehicle registration processes.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and final sales.
- Coordinate with the stockyard and delivery teams to ensure a seamless vehicle handover experience for the customer.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid 4-wheeler driving license.
- Must own a personal two-wheeler for local commuting and client visits.
- Fluency in the local regional language and functional English.
- High level of energy and a strong passion for the automotive industry.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
