Job Description

A car showroom sales executive drives revenue by greeting customers, demonstrating vehicle features, conducting test drives, and negotiating sales to meet targets. They manage the entire sales process, including paperwork, financing, and vehicle delivery, while maintaining customer relationships through follow-ups and CRM database management.

Core Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Customer Engagement: Greeting showroom visitors, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable vehicles.

  • Product Demonstration:

    Conducting test drives and explaining vehicle features, benefits, and warranties.

  • Sales Negotiation: Closing deals by negotiating prices, managing trade-ins, and overcoming objections.

  • Paperwork & Finance: Coordinating with the finance department to process sales contracts, loans, and leasing agreements.

  • Follow-Up & CRM: Maintaining client databases and following up on potential leads and after-sales satisfaction.

  • Showroom Maintenance: Ensuring vehicles are displayed properly and keeping the showroom organized.

  • Product Knowledge: Staying updated on new car models, features, and market trends.
